HRD Supervisor
Reporting to Group HRD Manager, the candidate must have a practical experience in handling recruitment and training activities.
Job Description
*Conduct recruitment and selection process such as : initial screening, interviewing, personality test, technical test.
*Develop, implement and maintain the training program
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree in Psychology, Information Technology or IKIP.
*1 – 3 years HR in business experience
*A high level of Trustworthy is essential, along with the Attitude with Positive Mindset, Self Motivation, Teamwork, Innovation, and Communicate Precisely.
*Microsoft office computer skills
